HMC765LP6CE Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Strip method. A Clock PLL is included with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 40 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from Clock, which is designed to be the clock source. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. 8.8GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 3V to be safe. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.8V~5.5V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 40-bit output. HMC765 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 40 pins. PLL clock can handle a voltage of 5V as its supply voltage. At frequencies of 8.3GHz, RF synthesizer achieves high efficiency.
