A 16-VFCQFN Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. It's?packaged?in?the?form?of?a Tape & Reel (TR). Under normal circumstances, 14GHz is the maximum value. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. A classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution) is assigned to this electronic part. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~85°C so the system can perform reliably. It should be capable of operating with a power supply of 3V~3.6V volts.
