This RF modulator operates at 10GHz~20GHz frequency.The enhanced 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.
