In this RF modulator, the frequency is 6GHz~12GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 24-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module has 24 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.This is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
