On the basis of the frequency 16GHz~21GHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC with the enhanced 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Strip package.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.Integrated into this RF module are 32 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.
