0Hz~13GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.RF ICs with enhanced 16-LFQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.The Strip package contains this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.RF module has 16 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.This is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
