As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 48 terminations found in the file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part.
