In this RF modulator, the frequency is 11.4GHz~13.2GHz.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Bulk package.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 24 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 60mA range.
