This RF IC features an enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.32 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 32-pin.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 1.5mA.
