In the 5GHz~10GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 24 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
