RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 4GHz~8GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) package.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.24-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
