In the 12.5GHz~13.9GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This RF module has 32 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.It is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
