A frequency of 24GHz~33GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced Die package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tray package.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 0-pin.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -55°C.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 81mA.
