6GHz~9GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.RF ICs with enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Cut Tape (CT) format.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This integrated circuit has 24 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 90mA.
