17GHz~21GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.With the enhanced 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module has 32 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.This is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -55°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 125mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
