RF modulator operates at 21GHz~25GHz frequency.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced Die package.Bulk package is used for this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.In this RF module, 7 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 0-pin.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -55°C to ensure its reliability.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 125mA in order to deliver its performance.
