HMC570 Overview


The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 17GHz~21GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced Die package .Bulk package is used to mount this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.0-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -55°C.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 125mA in order to deliver its performance.
