As a result, RF modulator operates in accordance with the frequency of 8GHz~21GHz.RF IC features an enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Strip package contains this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.RF module has 16 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 98mA range.
