As a result, RF modulator operates on the basis of frequency 8GHz~21GHz.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 16 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 16-pin RF module.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.This RF modulator needs to operate at 98mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
