This RF modulator operates at 12.4GHz~13.4GHz frequency.The enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.In the Cut Tape (CT) package, this RF modulator is mounted.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.32-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
