On the basis of the frequency 0Hz~18GHz, RF modulator operates.With the enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF modulator is mounted.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.There are 16 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 16 pins.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 96mA.
