Using the frequency of 700MHz~1.5GHz, RF modulator operates.With the enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 8 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 50mA in order to deliver its performance.
