The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 0Hz~7GHz.Due to the enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .The Digi-Reel? package houses this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.In this RF module, 8 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 80mA.
