As a result, RF modulator operates in accordance with the frequency of 0Hz~8GHz.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced SOT-23-6 package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Digi-Reel? package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This RF module has 6 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.It is a 6-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 62mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
