HMC434 Overview


In this RF modulator, the frequency is 0Hz~8GHz.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced SOT-23-6 package.The Bulk package contains this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 6 terminations integrated.6-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 62mA in order to deliver its performance.
