HMC433 Overview
A frequency of 0Hz~8GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF ICs with enhanced SOT-23-6 packages are excellent with common characteristics.In the Strip package, this RF modulator is mounted.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 6 terminations integrated.6-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 53mA.
