HMC432ETR Overview
A frequency of 0Hz~8GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC with the enhanced SOT-23-6 package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Digi-Reel? format.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 6 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 6-pin.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 42mA.
