As a result, RF modulator operates on the basis of frequency 0Hz~8GHz.RF ICs with enhanced SOT-23-6 packages are excellent with common characteristics.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.RF module has 6 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 6-pin RF module.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 42mA.
