In this RF modulator, the frequency is 3.9GHz~4.45GHz.With the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.Strip package is used for this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.A 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 30mA.
