3.9GHz~4.45GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.Due to the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .The Strip package contains this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.24-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 30mA in order to deliver its performance.
