Based on the frequency of 1.7GHz~2.7GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 28-VQFN Exposed Pad package .Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.This is a 28-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 260mA.
