RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 9GHz~16GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .Digi-Reel? package is used to mount this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 75mA in order to deliver its performance.
