HMC368LP4 Overview
A frequency of 9GHz~16GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Strip.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In this RF module, 24 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 24 pins.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 75mA.
