A frequency of 0Hz~13GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.RF ICs with enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are excellent with common characteristics.The Digi-Reel? package contains this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.Integrated into this RF module are 8 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.8-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 110mA.
