As a result, RF modulator operates on the basis of frequency 0Hz~12GHz.RF IC features an enhanced 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.The Strip package houses this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 8 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.8-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 90mA.
