HMC363 Overview


A frequency of 0Hz~12GHz is used to operate RF modulator.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced Die package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tray package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.14 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 0-pin RF module.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -55°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 70mA.
