The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 0Hz~12GHz.The enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.The Cut Tape (CT) package houses this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.Integrated into this RF module are 8 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.8-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 68mA.
