RF modulator operates at 10MHz~13GHz frequency.This RF IC features an enhanced 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package .The Strip package contains this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 8 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 8 pins.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 84mA.
