The frequency of 10GHz~16GHz determines how RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Bulk package is used for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.Integrated into this RF module are 32 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 32-pin RF module.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 100mA.
