This driver chip is excellent for driving common LEDs due to its enhanced SOIC package.The Bulk package houses this receiver.An operating voltage range of 5V is suitable for this line driver ic.For driving and receiving signals from data, this wide receiver has 16 terminations integrated.It is a 16-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation controls.Optical transceiver package size is greatly reduced due to downsizing of the ICs and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies.An important feature of this ic receiver was its 2-bit resolution capability.As mentioned above, the transceiver module is designed to operate from an input voltage supply of 5V.Line Driver or Receivers is a subcategory of this rf transceiver module.There is one driver IC in this package which is intended to be operated by 5V of power.This IC implements 1 transceivers overall.There are also 2 receivers in it as well.A transceiver module's temperature less than 70°C must be used for operation.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this optical transceiver, which is 0°C.A transceiver's maximum supply voltage of 5.5V is rated for this IC and it is a dual channel IC.This line driver ic requires a minimum voltage supply of 4.5V in order to operate properly.
