HI5760/6IBZ Overview
It is supplied in the SOIC package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 5V volts is required. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. Providing the FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount as per the specifications of the IC, then it should work perfectly according to its specifications.
