HI4P0509-5Z96 Overview


Packed in PLCC, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. 20 terminations have been made so far. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. A 15V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. There is 400Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. Please refer to the datasheets for 20 pins functions. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 25V to a switch device. Analogue multiplexer with a Dual supply type that is cost-effective. This digital switch can be operated with a current of 1.5mA. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 22V. If you are using a dual power supply, you should attach at least 10V. The electrical part can be operated at 15V voltage levels. It is not recommended to operate the switches in an environment with a temperature higher than 75°C.
