HFT1220-50R0-J Overview
In the package of a Tape & Reel (TR), NTC thermistors are contained. As a convenience, the package 0805 (2125 Metric) includes it. When using NTC thermistors, resistance tolerance is ±5%. The temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C in order to ensure reliable performance. Temperatures above 125°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. In order to maintain reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a temperature below -40°C. The NTC thermistors set the maximum power at 500mW. NTC thermistors can operate at a maximum power dissipation of 500mW.
