HFT1220-40R0-J Overview
NTC thermistors are packaged as a Tape & Reel (TR). The 0805 (2125 Metric) package includes it for convenience. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±5% to make it work. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable operation. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. In order to maintain reliability, NTC thermistors can operate at a temperature below -40°C. Power settings of NTC thermistors are 500mW. The maximum power dissipation of NTC thermistors is 500mW.
