HFT1220-15R0-J Overview
NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). 0805 (2125 Metric) includes it as a convenience. NTC thermistors have a resistance tolerance of ±5% in order to function properly. In order to ensure reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. Temperatures below 125°C can be reliably used with NTC thermometers. Thermistors featuring NTC technology can be operated at temperatures down to -40°C for reliability. Temperatures can be set by the NTC thermistors to 500mW at any time. In general, NTC thermistors dissipate 500mW of energy.
