HEL-775-B-U-0 Overview
It is included in the Ceramic package for convenience. A NTC thermistor operating at 150°C can operate reliably. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be used at a temperature of -55°C in order to ensure reliability. In order to make the NTC thermistors function properly, the 2 pins must be connected. The best efficiency is achieved by setting the NTC thermistors' supply voltage to 50V.
