HEL-775-A-U-1 Overview
As a convenience, the package Ceramic includes it. Providing NTC thermistors with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C facilitates reliable operation. For reliability, NTC thermistors may be operated at a temperature of -55°C. The NTC thermistors will not function properly unless the 2 pins are connected. Optimal performance can be achieved by setting the supply voltage of NTC thermistors to 50V.
