HEF4046BTD Overview


A Clock PLL is included with the SOIC package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs -40°C operations per second. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. A voltage above 15V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3V for this RF synthesizer. Analog ICs are classified as PHASE LOCKED LOOP-devices and this RF synthesizer is one.
