HD3-4702-9Z Overview


The PDIP package embeds this Clock PLL. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 5V. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. There is a maximum frequency of 1MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 5.5V. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 4.5V. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 2.4576MHz. In this IC, a 16-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. A 16 pin is available on the PLL. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform -40°C operations at a time. Even at 85°C, this frequency synthesizer is possible to last with attenuated performance.
