Varactor is not recommended to use an analog input domain voltage with a breakdown voltage of 12V.A diode capacitance of 100pF is capable of being delivered through it.Varactor is recommended that operating temperatures remain in the -55°C~125°C TJ range.As a result, saving space is possible with the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.This device exhibits its best ability to conduct power loss without overheating when its maximum power dissipation is reached.For accurate conversion results, the peak reverse voltage must be within 10V.
